“Cryo” — the Greek word for “cold,” which is also used in cryogenics — indicates that Kryonaut thermal paste is specially designed for cryogenic applications; r application in the low temperature range — It was developed for true “cryonauts” among the “extreme overclockers”.
Kryonaut uses a special carrier structure that does not start drying even at 80°C. This carrier structure ensures that the nanoaluminium and zinc oxide components contained in the paste adhere optimally and thus compensate for irregularities in the heat transfer medium (e.g. CPU) and a heat sink (e.g. radiator) with outstanding thermal conductivity.
