Graphene thermal pads from Thermal Grizzly’s KryoSheet series can be used as an excellent alternative to thermal pastes in the higher performance segment. Like the Carbonaut pads, they have a customizable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet, as a high-end product, offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This higher thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to any ageing, as is the case with traditional heat-conducting pastes. It is not possible for it to dry out.
- Excellent thermal conductivity
- Easy to use
- Consistently high performance
- Extremely long service life
- Attention: electric conductor! Follow the instructions!
KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized structure allows for extraordinary and consistent thermal conductivity. This is due to a specially developed manufacturing process in which the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite is broken along the basal plane to take advantage of the anisotropy of graphite’s thermal conductivity. However, as a side effect of this complex manufacturing process, the electrical conductivity also increases and the stability of the KryoSheet pads is affected, so they should only be used according to the instructions.
KryoSheet is available pre-assembled in several standard CPU/GPU sizes, for example:
KryoSheet 38 x 38 mm compatibility:
- AMD CPUs:
Socket AM3(+), AM4 - Intel CPUs:
Socket 1700, 2066, 2011
Note: Multiple use of the KryoSheet is not recommended!
When disassembling the fridge and handling the KryoSheet after use, micro-cracks may occur in the structure of the graphene pads, which can affect performance.
